3pite ("3pite", "we", "us", "our") operates the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://3pite.cam (the "Platform"). Our data practices are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3pite holds its applicable international operating licence.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following definitions apply:

• "Personal Data" means any information that identifies or could reasonably be used to identify a living individual, directly or indirectly — including name, email address, device identifier or transaction history.
• "Processing" means any operation performed on Personal Data, including collection, recording, storage, use, disclosure, erasure or destruction.
• "Data Controller" means 3pite, the entity that determines the purposes and means of processing your Personal Data.
• "Data Processor" means a third party that processes Personal Data on behalf of 3pite under a data processing agreement.
• "KYC Data" means identity and address verification documents and information submitted as part of the Know Your Customer process, including copies of government-issued identification and proof of address.
• "Cookies" means small text files placed on your device by the Platform to store session state, preferences and analytical data.
• "Platform" has the meaning given in Section 1 above.

3pite collects only the Personal Data that is necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. The categories of data we collect include:

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs or health information unless it is incidentally included in documents submitted for KYC, in which case it is used solely for verification purposes and is not otherwise processed.

4.1 Directly from You

We collect Personal Data directly when you register an account, complete KYC verification, make a deposit or withdrawal, contact our support team, participate in promotions or update your account settings.

4.2 Automatically

When you access the Platform, we automatically collect technical and device data through Cookies, web server logs and similar technologies. This data helps us maintain platform security, detect fraudulent access patterns and understand how users navigate the Platform.

4.3 From Third Parties

We may receive Personal Data about you from third-party KYC verification providers, fraud prevention services, game suppliers and payment processors in order to verify your identity, process transactions and comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Where payment method references (such as partial identifiers associated with Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah) are passed to us by a payment processor, those references are used solely to match transactions to your account and are not used for any other purpose. Their inclusion does not imply any endorsement or affiliation between those providers and 3pite.

Where data protection law requires a legal basis for processing Personal Data, 3pite relies on one or more of the following grounds:

• Contractual necessity: Processing is necessary to perform our agreement with you — for example, to maintain your account, process transactions denominated in PKR and provide access to games and sports markets.
• Legal obligation: Processing is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, including KYC, AML and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) requirements under the laws of our licensing jurisdiction.
• Legitimate interests: Processing is necessary for our legitimate interests, including fraud prevention, platform security, responsible gambling monitoring and business analytics, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
• Consent: Where we rely on consent — for example, for optional marketing communications — we will obtain your clear consent before processing and you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us.

3pite uses the Personal Data we collect for the following purposes:

• Account management: To create, maintain and administer your user account, authenticate your identity on login and apply your account preferences.

3pite does not sell, rent or trade your Personal Data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share Personal Data only in the following circumstances and only to the extent necessary for each purpose:

7.1 Service Providers

We engage third-party service providers acting as Data Processors to support platform operations. These include KYC verification providers, payment processors, game software suppliers, cloud hosting providers, fraud detection services and customer support platforms. All such providers are bound by data processing agreements that restrict their use of your data to the services they provide to 3pite.

7.2 Regulatory and Law Enforcement Authorities

We may disclose Personal Data to regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies or courts where we are legally required to do so, where disclosure is necessary to prevent or detect crime, or where we are required to do so under the terms of our operating licence.

7.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of assets involving 3pite, your Personal Data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such transfer and the privacy practices of the acquiring entity via a notice on the Platform.

7.4 Aggregate Data

We may share aggregated, anonymised statistical data — for example, total active users from Karachi or Lahore, or aggregate sports betting volume during PSL fixtures — with business partners or for analytical purposes. Such data does not identify individual users.

As an internationally operating platform, 3pite may transfer your Personal Data to servers and service providers located in countries outside Pakistan. Where such transfers occur, we take steps to ensure that your data receives an adequate level of protection consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable international data protection standards.

Protective measures we rely on for international transfers include contractual clauses that require recipients to protect Personal Data to a standard consistent with applicable data protection principles, and selection of service providers that maintain recognised security certifications.

We retain your Personal Data for as long as your account is active and for such additional period as is required to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy or to comply with our legal obligations. The following retention principles apply:

• Account and KYC data is retained for the duration of the account relationship and for a minimum of five (5) years after account closure, in accordance with AML and record-keeping obligations under our licensing jurisdiction.
• Transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction.
• Support communications are retained for up to three (3) years from the date of the last interaction, unless a longer period is required by applicable law or ongoing dispute resolution.
• Technical and device data collected via logs and Cookies is retained for up to thirteen (13) months, after which it is aggregated or deleted.
• Marketing consent records are retained for the duration of the consent and for a reasonable period thereafter to demonstrate compliance.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, Personal Data is securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be linked to an identifiable individual.

The Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years or over — or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction. 3pite does not knowingly collect Personal Data from minors. If we discover or are notified that Personal Data belonging to a person under the minimum required age has been collected, we will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the data concerned and, where appropriate, report the matter to the relevant authorities.

3pite implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your Personal Data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, alteration or disclosure. These measures include:

• Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the Platform;
• Hashing of passwords using industry-standard cryptographic algorithms — we do not store passwords in plain text;
• Role-based access controls restricting staff access to Personal Data on a need-to-know basis;
• Regular security assessments and monitoring of Platform infrastructure;
• Secure, access-controlled data centres for storage of Personal Data.

While we take data security seriously, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will notify you and any applicable regulatory authority as required by law.

You also have a role to play in keeping your data secure. Please ensure that your account password is strong and unique, that you do not share your login credentials with anyone, and that you log out of the Platform when using a shared or public device.
