These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 3pite ("3pite", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 3pite website located at https://3pite.cam, including all associated services, products, casino games, sports betting markets, promotional offers and customer support channels (collectively, the "Platform").

To register and maintain an Account on 3pite, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
3pite reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 3pite may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.
Each eligible person may register and maintain only one Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers or IP addresses — are prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, 3pite reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void any pending wagers and forfeit Bonus Funds without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your login credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you accept full responsibility for such activity.
If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access has occurred, you must notify 3pite support immediately at the contact details provided in Section 14 of these Terms.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information at the time of registration and update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information — including a false date of birth, a false residential address or a false name — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds.
3pite accepts deposits via payment methods listed on the cashier page of the Platform at the time of transaction. All Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier interface prior to completing a transaction.
Payment provider names — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are referenced as familiar Pakistani payment context only. Their appearance in connection with the Platform does not constitute endorsement, affiliation or confirmation that those providers support gambling transactions. Users must independently verify the availability and terms of any payment method with their provider.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by users whose Accounts have successfully completed KYC verification. 3pite reserves the right to request additional documentation — including proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit where technically possible. Processing times vary by method and are indicative only. 3pite does not guarantee same-day or next-day processing. Standard processing windows are displayed on the cashier page.
Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw prior to meeting Wagering Requirements will result in the forfeiture of outstanding Bonus Funds and any winnings attributable to those funds.
3pite offers a range of promotional offers to eligible users, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and sports betting free bets. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page in addition to these general Terms.
Each promotional offer specifies a Wagering Requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). Where a Wagering Requirement of 30x applies to a bonus of PKR 10,000, the user must place total qualifying wagers of PKR 300,000 before any winnings derived from that bonus become withdrawable. Game contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type and are listed on the promotion page.
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting low-edge games to systematically deplete a Wagering Requirement with minimal risk, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or using third-party software to optimise bonus extraction — is strictly prohibited. 3pite reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel pending wagers and suspend Accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
All promotional offers carry an expiry period specified on the relevant promotion page. Bonus Funds and free spins not utilised within the stated expiry window will be removed from your Account automatically. No extensions will be granted except at 3pite's sole discretion.
3pite reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Amendments will not apply retroactively to bonuses already accepted and in active wagering progress at the time of amendment.
All wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market, as displayed within the Platform interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules expressly state otherwise.
Sports betting markets — including but not limited to Pakistan cricket, PSL fixtures, ICC T20 World Cup, ODI and Test matches, football, UFC and other markets — are offered subject to market availability. 3pite reserves the right to void markets, suspend betting, or revise odds in the event of data feed errors, event postponements, abandonments or force majeure circumstances.
Casino games — including slots, table games, live dealer games and any other game content — are provided by third-party game suppliers. Theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages are displayed where made available by the supplier. Actual results for individual sessions will vary. All games use certified random number generation (RNG) or live-dealt mechanics as applicable.
In the event that a wager is accepted at manifestly incorrect odds, or a game malfunction occurs that results in an erroneous outcome, 3pite reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the user's Real Money Balance. Winnings derived from erroneous odds or game malfunctions will not be honoured.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of 3pite. Unauthorised use of Platform content may result in Account suspension and legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3pite, its directors, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:
3pite does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms limits 3pite's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
3pite reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, reasonable notice will be provided via a notice displayed on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and, if applicable, withdraw your available Real Money Balance before the amended Terms take effect. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable and will be forfeited upon Account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3pite is incorporated and licensed to operate, as set out in the applicable international licensing documentation. Those laws govern these Terms to the exclusion of any conflict-of-law provisions.
In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact 3pite support in writing and allow a reasonable period for resolution before pursuing any formal legal process. 3pite will use reasonable endeavours to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.
Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.
